Having Effective Meetings Can Change Your Business

It's not uncommon for your employees or team members to dread meetings or joke about their necessity. But, have you ever stopped to think that maybe you are not running the most effective meetings? Meetings do suck is they are are not run properly. If you are wondering how to run an effective meeting, this episode is for you. Organization or having some sort of meeting planner is also ideal. In this episode we will discuss the structure of a good meeting and how we run all of ours.

Meeting Agenda

Having a meeting agenda is absolutely key. Nothing starts a meeting off worse than coming in unorganized and without a meeting planner. An agenda also helps your participants to see the overall structure and points to be hit, and follow along. 

Meeting Of Minds

When you are hosting a meeting having an effective meeting is dependent on its structure. Meeting of the minds is a key component to that meeting agenda. Meaning, allowing others to participate, discuss and maybe even present. This format is especially effective during higher level meetings, like with management teams.
