Is The American Dream Still Alive?

The American Dream is a term we are all familiar with, but what does it mean? In some circles it could have a negative connotation and the American Dream definition has certainly changed over the years. However, as Jimmy so eloquently puts it in this episode, The American Dream is different for everyone. For Jimmy, who grew up a young boy in a poor village in Kenya, where some nights he didn't have food - "a 2 bedroom apartment would be an American Dream accomplished."
